We want you to love your Flying Kimono piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached
• Due to the handmade nature of our garments, slight variations in color or print are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.

• Sale or discounted items
• Custom or altered pieces.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at funess.marina@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
• A brief reason for the return
We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we’re happy to help (subject to availability). Exchange shipping costs may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll make it right.
